For us, quality is inextricably linked with the moderate use of the resources available to us and the protection of our environment. We use 95% recyclable corrugated cardboard boxes and paper stuffing padding as transport packaging. The rest are multiple packaging and only about 2% is used for product and accident protection reasons e.g. air cushion foil.

At your request, and especially when it makes economic sense, we endeavour to offer individual parts, replacement parts or repair kits instead of completely new parts.

Hence, we hardly differ from other companies that have certified their QS- and eco-management.

However, we consciously do without this costly and bureaucracy-generating procedure, otherwise it would be certainly reflected in the calculation and up to now our customers have not yet required it.
